About this series
These artworks were created as a tribute to the fantastic, inspirational RNLI volunteers, crews, shore helpers and fundraisers. Cardigan RNLI is based at Poppit Sands Beach, Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
The Royal National Lifeboat Institution charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24 hour search and rescue service around the UK and Republic of Ireland coasts. It operates 238 lifeboat stations, more than 240 Lifeguard Units and is independent of Coastguard and Government. Since it was formed in 1824 its Lifeboat Crews and Lifeguards have saved over 146,000 lives. The RNLI depends on voluntary donations, legacies and fundraising activities to maintain its rescue services.
These art works have been reproduced as greetings cards and canvas prints in various sizes. They are made in West Wales and are available for sale in the local area. The canvas prints are produced using high quality, long-lasting inks printed at high resolution. The heavyweight canvas has a laminated, cleanable surface which provides protection against cracking, scratching, water and UV damage.
Buy these unique cards and canvas prints and help support the RNLI. Profits from the sale of these artworks go to the RNLI.
